Happy Easter from Ken, ....and other stuff)

Greetings to you all, and a Happy Easter to you, from Ken! I love you all, and a

VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU to all of you who responded to me....update:

Tomorrow morning, I guess, The V.A. wilol be putting the screws, and plates

in my left leg...and a Suprise came to me, from them!

I have " sleep Apnea, had an operation for it, about 7 years ago(which

promptly failed)....well, they made " me take another sleep study, and called me

in, on friday, to pulmonary.

I came home with about 4000 dollars worth of " equipment " . It seems, from now

on, I have to sleep with this mask on, has a tube running to this machine, and

it turns out I ALSO need to have oxigen, also...Well, Tammy and I didn't thinkm

the supplier of the o/2 would show up 'till Monday. Wrong! He came saturday, and

installed this really expensive machine which MAKES oxigen, and ran a supply

tube to my " sleeping machine " ....AND, he wheeled in a spare tank, in case the

electric ever fails!. He comes once a month, to " check things out " , and every 6

months, I bring the " sleep machine " into the V.A., and they " withdraw " the card

that records every time I use it, how I'm doing, ect......all at no cost! Woof,

am I glad I was a soldier, long ago! They are really taking care of me. I guess

it's probably about 7 thou, for all this stuff!

I praise the Lord for taking care of Tammy and I, and thought I would

share the good news with you. I AM, however, kind of " scared " about the

operation I am going to have...they also HAVE to take out the bone chip that

flew under mu kneecap, so all your prayers are much appreciated! God Bless you
