Starting over again

Hi all,

I am really nervous. I am right back were I started from. I will be

going back to the Physical Medicine clinic December 8. Now remember,

I have gone through a series of 3 epidural injections recently, and I

am in soooo much pain right now. I almost cannot drive, because my

car is a stick, and it is very painful to push in the clutch. My

left leg go to sleep often. Usually it is really quick, and all I

really feel is the tingly feeling.

I went back to my primary Dr. because that is what the Dr. who did

the epidural injections said I needed to do, and they are referring

my back to Physical Med.

QUESTION: What should I do? I need to go with questions to ask and

an objective. MY OBJECTIVE. Should I bring up the big

word " Surgery " or wait to see if they bring it up. The Dr. that I am

referred to, is the same Dr. who referred me out to the

Anesthesiologist for my epidurals. I really want to be prepared and

would like to hear anyone's advise. Please respond with anything you

think is of interest.

In case some of you are new, or have forgotten. I have three

ruptured disks in my lower back, L3-L4, L-4-L5, L-5-S-1.
