,

I recently went on a trip out West, and those high altitudes did do a

number on me when I was having to walk up some very steep slopes. My RA

did behave itself, though. I wasn't in Montana, but in South Dakota,

Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona, and Colorado. The West certainly does have

some beautiful scenery.

Hi :

Welcome back! I am glad everything went so well - you

were really worried that it wouldn't! Yes, the west

is better as far as weather is concerned, but where I

am now, when we usually have CA dry hot desert heat,

we are in a humid spell, and it is making me

miserable, RA and fibro both. Humidity is the pitts,

that's for sure, but luckily we don't have it often,

and I am hoping it will once again just get hot, dry

hot! I'll bet Montana is beautiful - it's a place I

have always wanted to go. Glad to have you back with

us -
