This is so wrong that he won't treat you. As an ex smoker I know how hard it is and you can only do it when you're ready. And it's unconsionable (sp?) that you've been without your DMARDS or your handicapped placard for so long! IMHO you *have* to find a new rh. It sounds like a horrible ordeal to go searching again but you so need treatment. Plus, isn't this doc legally responsible to treat a patient with a need like this?
