Hi Holly, I'm definitely in the same place. On a lot of days I can do more than you (or just have to) like work (at home) and deal with appts and kids (older, tho, so it's mostly just constant ferrying them around.) But I hardly do any work around the house and I'm having a huge time coping with it it all. And at least a couple of days a month I'm a total vegetable. Right now I can only work a couple of hours a day, and I used to put in 60 or so hours a week. I built my business up for 8 years until last year when I finally made semi-decent money, at least enough to have hope for the future. Then RA hit. Part of my trouble is that I haven't yet found a drug that works for me. I just went off Arava and am starting Enbrel soon, luckily my insurance will pay for it, yay! Altho I'm scared of the injections. I worry that I won't ever be able to make any money, and if not whether or not I'll be able to get SSDI, if I'll ever get out of bed, etc, so I empathize. I wonder how so many of you are able to work full time, do you just push thru it or are you in better shape cuz of your meds? What are you on? Maybe if you can get the RA under better control it'll help. Not that I know what 'better control' is, but from what others say on this list, it does exist Good luck
