Hello,

In case there are others who don't log on a search the net for answers,

here are 2 helpful books I use:

" Fibromyalgia Help Book " and " Good Living with Fibromyalgia " from the

Arthritis Foundation. The help book is good for specific problems.

I keep both books near me so I can access them when needed. My

shoulders bother me often so I use the computer in short intervals.

Also excellent is What Your Dr. May Not Tell You About Fibromyalgia

I went to the Dr. that wrote it and he was able to reverse the

disease for me. His website is www.fibromyalgiatreatment.com

Good luck

Hi ,

I saw your note about the book the doctor wrote. That's why I

mentioned my books.

Hi everyone:

Just wanted to put in my two cents worth. My doctor Dr. Dryland has written a

book called " The Fibromyalgia Cure " It can be accessed at www.drdryland.com if

anyone is interested. I like him alot and he has fibro too. Can't hurt to have

more information available.

Hi Pat,

Does your fibro cure book help eliviate your symptoms? Didn't know

there was a way to cure fibro. I have had it since 1991.
