Not only do I have that image in my brain now, my next door neighbor has an

unfortunate habit of retrieving his newspaper in only his very flimsy boxer

shorts. I am out there at the same time more often than I like (one time

would be too many). There's just nowhere to look. It really makes saying

" Good Morning! " difficult to do - and a lie.
