Congratulations for waiting until you 'cooled down' before making your

feelings known about the way you were treated. It must have been very

difficult, but it should have made your complaint more acceptable since you

didn't carry on like a lunatic. I hope that the tech was properly reprimanded,

that was a terrible way to treat a patient. Had it happened where I work, he

would be out on his butt.
