Hi

My rheumy just requested xrays of my lower back and pelvis because I am

having a lot of pain going from a sitting position to standing. He

wanted to see if my RA was damaging my back. The xray report only

said 'degerative joint disease'. I can't find much information

relating that to RA, but only to Osteo-arthritis. Does anyone have RA

affecting the spine, and has that been the diagnosis? The xray of my

pelvis was normal.

Thanks
