Guest guest
Since most ill people are not absorbing nutrients, it's usually a good idea to double or even triple the recommended amount of nutritionals, depending of course on what they are. Ask the person whom you bought it from or call the company. I have almost never responded to recommended amounts, except homeopathic remedies where amounts don't matter. I too have heard that Olive Leaf Extract is good. Hopefully someone can tell us a good brand. Have you been tested for allergies? Candida? Sinus problems may be due to dairy, wheat or other food allergy (or environmental allergy or sensitivity). I used to have pretty bad sinus problems several times a year and after taking some homeopathic remedies for the immune system, adrenals, etc and then using Euphorbium comp nose spray for about 5 weeks it was completely gone. Sorry I can't tell you a brand name for the first ones since that was in Europe but I think you can get the nosepray in the US too. It's homeopathic from company Heel. It helps to detoxify mercury and also will rebuild your mucous membranes in the sinuses. Sharon > > Hi! I hear alot about the benefits of Olive Leaf Extract. Guest guest
Hi P.J., I don't know about that, but if you find anything that helps the sinus's please let me know. Mine are almost raw right now, I guess from the pollen, not sure... Jeanette Question to the Group > Hi! I hear alot about the benefits of Olive Leaf Extract.
