Guest guest
Hi all... Can some one tell me what the most difinitive test for asthma is??? I notice that in everything that I read about asthma is says something about a nightime cough. I do not cough at night. I start to cough when I start to move around doing something...walking, cleaning etc. I just started coughing after taking the groceries in from my car. I felt sick to my stomach, short of breath, my left shoulder and should blade hurts also. I have an appt with an allergist and I was wondering what is the best test to be sure this is asthma and not something else. Thanks in advance Tracey
Guest guest
Tracey- You might have Exercise-Induced Asthma. Matt-Does that sound right? --- traceyf1980 wrote: <Hi all...Can some one tell me what the most difinitive test for asthma is??? Guest guest
That does sound like exercise induced asthma. The best way to diagnose asthma is your history, peak flows every day, and pulmonary function with a methacholine challenge. > <Hi all...Can some one tell me what the most difinitive test for asthma is???
