Guest guest
: I havent started treatments but I do know about the depression. It is not only because of the treatments, it is also because of the disease. I take Remeron and it seems to help. I am going to start treatments I think. I have been told that being overweight is a minus but I am going to give it a try anyway. Prayer also helps. Too bad your boss is such a jerk. He might not be such a weenie if he had to suffer the way I know you are. Just hang in there. Things will pass. My sis has MS and had to take interferon for about a year and the depression was really bad. She suggests taking the meds at night right before bed. If you need to talk just email me. I know what its like to feel the way you do even without the treatments. Sometimes I ask God to come get me and when I do He always has His way of making me feel better. Guest guest
, Hi, My name is Dana. I was on Paxil prior to treatment. I went into deep depression also. Actually had to go to the hospital for overdose. I had kept telling my doctors that the depression was different, but they would not listen till I had to go to the hospital. They then changed me to effexor. 150mg a day. That seems to keep me stable. I am not on treatment now, but I would let your dr. know. And the fever to. That could not possibly help depression. I am in Pa, so don't know of anything there. Good luck, Dana --- denvervic40 <no_reply > wrote: > 5 months into the peg-intron and I am getting into > major depression > and side affects. Guest guest
...I take Celexa and it helps me but I'm not on treatment yet either..Please do let the doctor know because sometimes they will tell you to stop treatment for a week till you get to feeling a little better. Please do check with your doctor. I'll keep you in prayers. I have a question to ask..Have anyone lost their hair with the peg treatment? Gentle hugs sent your way.(((((((((((((((((((((((()))))))))))))))))))))...judy

Guest guest
Judy, It's Dana again! I was loosing hair before treatment and lost even more on treatment. I went to the dermatologist before I was diagnosed. He said that it was replacing itself as fast as it was falling out. Wich was good news. Cause handfuls were coming out. He said that there had to be something in my system causing it. I'm assuming Hep C. Take care...........Dana --- Judy Mckee <tmckee@...> wrote: > ...I take Celexa and it helps me but I'm not > on treatment yet > either..Please do let the doctor know because > sometimes they will tell you > to stop treatment for a week till you get to feeling > a little better. I'm supposed to start the combination in 10 days. How have your ensymes been? Does it appear to be helping? If you want to talk more please e-mail me at miller_38_2000@... . I am way low on funds, so that may be out of the question. why would I be an emotional rollercoster 5 months into the program? I have had an ongoing fever for 2 weeks. It is really hard to be in sales and on my feet all of the time, plus I work for the worst bastard In Colorado.--I have to stick with the job for my insurance. thanks for letting me vent. feedback would be great. Guest guest
Oh, Phyllis, I do comprehend all too well. Please hang in there until Monday and your psy appt.! I know it doesn't sound possible right now, but I am living proof that things can get better, it just takes time, and sometimes some meds and some outside help. Will your hubby talk to your psy? The best thing we have ever done was to get family counseling when our world fell apart. My daughter and I spent 5 years in therapy, and sometimes my hubby and sons went, too (whenever I could get them to go). I won't say everything's perfect these days, I still get down sometimes but I know how to get through it. Please, if you need to talk, email me privately - you definitely need some support right now.
