We > need to be aware of these problems also. Hi , I am staying away from the boards and just getting caught up on email instead so I am a little late getting back to you. The message boards just go too fast to keep up. Right. I heard of those side effects for prednisone. I was hospitalized with blood clots last year. They immediately placed me on very high dose prednisone. I had gory, morbid nightmares -- too disgusting to describe to anyone! I am sure it was the prednisone. One of the nurses came in while I was up cleaning my room and asked why was I up at 3 a.m.. I told her about the nightmares and even she suggested it was the prendisone. Scary stuff.
