I'm taking the enteric coated one right now because the plain one was making me nausea's but it i will try it again as its cheaper and it may just have been my body adjusting.I'm also taking magnesium and malic acid for the muscle pain and it helps a little......michelle jadaa
Guest guest
Hi! I want to tell you all about a natural product I have found to help with my sleep problems. I have FM and CFS, Osteo, etc. I don't need to tell you all how getting a decent night's sleep was so necessary but impossible. I found something called Hops/Valerian combo from Puritan's Pride and melatonin do help me get a good night's sleep usually. Of course I don't feel very rested when I wake, but does anyone with fibro? It really is better than taking another medication. I have not had this combo to wear out for me, can't speak for others. My dr knows all about this. Can't say she's overly thrilled, but doesn't say much. I know they prefer to have us on a med that can be regulated. Guest guest
I take a melatonin, DHEA and generic Benadryl at the time I'm ready to turn out the light. For the most part it really does help to get to sleep. Re: " Alison, Chicago " 5-htp Hi! I want to tell you all about a natural product I have found to help with my sleep problems. Guest guest
Hi Diane, I have been using the Soloray version of that as well as my sleep meds and it seems to help a little. The funny thing is my cat goes crazy when I open the bottle. I think it's because it smells a bit like catnip. Hahahaha!
