Guest guest
Hi! I also had the thrush in my tongue for a long time. Slowly, but surely it began to disappear, maybe it took about a month. I did not use a tongue brush, but did use gauze to scrape it twice a day. Taking an antifungal or antiseptic like Colloidal Silver will also help. I do have a question to all e-group people. I have been taking Clay Water for two weeks and also doing the ParaGone treatment for almost thirty days. For the last week I have been struggling with swollen glands, sore throat, sinuses full of junk, plugged ears and an eye the secretes. I thought it was allergies, which I am pretty sure are not helping at this time of the year. I even went to my Alternative Medicine Dr. yesterday to have him look at my ears, since I thought I had an infection. He could not find anything. THat is when it dawned on me that this might be the way the toxins are leaving my body. Any one out there with the same experience? I will appreciate your responses. Also, should I stop taking these until it alleviates, or is it going to eventually work itself out? Sandy. - Re:CARLA Have your bought a tongue scraper? Guest guest
Hi Carla....I think you have misread, & misinterpreted Bert's email. Bert was upset at the end because her depression was brought in. We all can be sensitive.....Im not usually...but my situation led me to tears when reading how upset Bert is. You dont know her, like we all do. She would give an arm and a leg to help anyone. Love Jan Your post Persarverance got the snail to the Ark. Spurgeon Bert dear, I think you need to relax again. Are you sating your meds as you are supposed to.....are you taking your antidepressents??? Also, are you using your on line support group for depression. I know you have a lot to deal with....for which I am sorry. BUT, dear, you can NOT lash out at anyone in the group , just because , you don't like their opinion. I hope to see you post an apology to all. As for myself I take Q10 and SAMe along with B complex, multi antioxidents. Plus I drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice in the morning to detox my body. I am also going to massage therapy.....and detoxing with them by means of lymphatic drainage....thru massage. I am now going to add castor oil on a piece of unbleached , white flannel. soaked with the oil....wrap with plastic wrap to to prevent mess. This is all along with my normal medications, Actigall, propranolol., aldactone, prilosec, hydroxyzine, and 1600 of calcium, a B complex, multi antioxident, Epivir, and for my other illnress, Dystonia, apam in the evening. And, I bet I forgot to list one or two. : )) Joanne
Guest guest
Carla, I just read your post, and like everyone else ou there, I feel your pain. I must admit I am not a single mother, so at least I have a support person here at home. Being a single mother is tough enough for anyone, let alone one with disabilitating pain. Just wanted to put a little bright spot in your day, though. You mentioned it taking a long time to get an appt. with a top dr. I am just at the beginning of my revision quest, after just recently being diagnosed (after 15 yrs.), but I called Dr. Bridwell's office a week ago & could have gotten an appt. on Oct.7th, but that was not convienent. I do have an appt. on Oct. 24th, and have already recieved my info packet & questionnaire in the mail. I too, thought that I would have to wait awhile, but was pleasantly surprised. I will keep you in my thoughts as you go through this long & difficult process. Keep in touch, Nan
Guest guest
Oh Carla, you have been through sooooo much this past year, and I can hear the pain in your post. I am so sorry for the death of your mom, but all I can tell you at this time, is that it will get less painful, but the holidays are difficult for anybody who has lost a loved one, and especially when it was only a few months ago that it happened. My mom died almost 10 years ago, and it seems like yesterday some days, and you just have to take your grief and express it in some way. I think the Native American flute is a perfect way to express yourself - the sounds of the flute can be absolutely hauntingly beautiful, and I love to listen to that in times when I need to gather myself up emotionally. Native American music or Celtic music are my " soul soothing " music choices. They can make my spirit fly or seek deep into my soul, it's always good. As for your husband, you know that nothing will stop him from drinking except for himself, nobody else can do that. It has to come from within him, and AA is the best thing he could be doing right now, while he is forced to remain sober - maybe something will really sink in at this time. I will be praying that it will. I have lived with alcoholism in my life too - and it destroys not only the drinker, but the family too, so if you must, think of yourself and your children, and what it does to you all to live with this walking on the edge of his drinking, and do what is best for you. Carla, you will be in my prayers, my friend, this holiday season, especially. I wish you peace and great blessings - Kathe in CA
