need some advice...any cruise-goers?

I never thought it would happen before I died, but I actually am going

on an 8 day cruise to Costa Rica, Belize & Panama....I am rooming with

a 2 and 6 year-old...that is how I get to go for free! Anyway, now that

my heartrate has slowed down...I am afraid to Fibro is going to ruin it

for me, and I was hoping to get some good advice from others who suffer

from Fibro and/or Crohns disease...I am not sure if I will need to take

dramamine, it is a large boat, I think its carnival...Any advice?
