Guest guest
It is weird that the mall keeps the scooters in the middle of the mall. The Walmart I go to keep theirs right at the front door where they keep the carts. [ ] Pet peeve -scooters at malls etc I do not understand why but at our mall they keep the scooters in the middle of the mall. In order to use one, you have to park and make your way halfway thru the mall, first. I have asked them for a phone number I might call to have someone bring a scooter to an entrance to the mall for me to use, but they said they cannot do that. It makes me wonder why they bother providing scooters in the first place? How many people who use a scooter can get to the middle of the mall without it? Kinda funny to me. when I have my kids with me, I can send one in to get one, but when I go to mall alone- well, it seems sorta weird. Irritating at least. hugs
Guest guest
The only thing I can think of is that way they are stratigically located....for everyone except the person who needs it. I rarely go to the mall unless I know I can walk on my own, if I am having a really good day and I only need to go to one or two stores or use my walker. Hubby is with me always when I go just in case I tucker out too quickly and he can run and get the car. BTW the handicap spots are always taken by non-handicap cars...Ticks me off, why have a sticker if you can't get a parking place. Security rarely does squat about it. Usually though I go to Walmart, Target, those types of places where the scooters are right at the door and never have I had a sneer or weird look. They are always helpful. Craft stores on the other hand are totally worthless and trust me, I go to craft stores a lot! I think I am the only person using a walker there.......they look at me like I am from another planet. in ct dreamer_plus wrote: > I do not understand why but at our mall they keep the scooters in the > middle of the mall.
