flair ups

Flair ups happen when they happen... Sometimes you can time it, sometimes

you cant. For me, i know i will have a flare when i go overboard because i'm

having a good day. Also when i eat too many tomato based dishes. bummer i know

because we all love pasta here lol Other times it just whacks you one and

there's no warning. HUGS

Pay close attention to the foods you eat, maybe some of them are triggering

these flare-ups. I know all dairy products and alcohol will do it for me.

I've found a website that is pretty impressive. I wound up there looking for
