Sometimes you can time it, sometimes you cant. For me, i know i will have a flare when i go overboard because i'm having a good day. Also when i eat too many tomato based dishes. bummer i know because we all love pasta here lol Other times it just whacks you one and there's no warning. Guest guest
Pay close attention to the foods you eat, maybe some of them are triggering these flare-ups. I know all dairy products and alcohol will do it for me. , doing great as far as my RA is concerned. stoddardtim <tstoddard@...> wrote: i am still new to this ra thing, i was just wondering how often do the flair ups happen, i seem to get bad ones every other week thanks tim
