I've gone from 4 Norco's (like vicodins) a day to maybe 1 or 2... and don't usually take those till later in the day. It's also strengthen my back of which I have degenerative and bulging discs and arthritis. I've also a tethered spinal cord so this is the only exercise I can do without causing more problems for it. Another plus is I've lost 45lbs and feel better and am stronger as well. It's made a major difference in my health.
