Guest guest
Yes! I had poor circulation in my hands and feet. In fact, my entire body thermostat was just SCREWY. About discussing hair loss...I just told the anesthesiologist about this. I didn't really know which drugs I had reacted to in the past, but I told him this was a concern of mine. I can't remember having him give me information on this. He just wrote things down, shook his head at times, asked questions and told me he had several options and would try to use the best type he could to alleviate most of my past " horror " experiences. I was actually quite impressed with his concern. I have always had pretty nasty surgical experiences and was MOST miserable due to anesthesia, so I am pleased to say, this was the most uneventful time I have ever had. I woke up quickly, was alert, didn't feel agitated, etc. The only bad thing that happened was the day following surgery I had a bad reaction to the pain medicine I was taking and I had to get another type. Honestly, by the time I got my explantation, I had been through all I could handle and I was so darn sick and miserable, I no longer cared about anything. I think if someone would have told me I could die during the surgery, I would have said " thank God..maybe I will be lucky and die " . Guest guest
Jeena I know what you mean, I was so very ill that I used to pray I would die, I didn't care about anything by the time I got explanted either, that is the thing, when you are so sick like that you just stop caring about anything, I was so dizzy 24/7 that I couldn't see straight, I was so sick I felt certain death was just around the corner and getting the implants out was my final chance at getting well, I new if I kept them that I would die, at some point. Guest guest
Yes, our girl had thyroid issues, very thin, anorexic in the beginning, cold hands and feet. Take her temps, her's hovered around 96.7 when she was awake! The ped said was NORMAL, that's not normal. Using Armour solved a lot of problems, including attention issues. [ ] Cold hands & feet My almost 6yo daughter (hair test in files - 2, 5, 9, 13yo 4 kids) almost always has cold hands & feet, even if it's quite warm in the house. Could this be a thyroid issue at her age? She's quite thin but doesn't overeat & is mostly GFCF. THanks, Michele
Guest guest
Yes, you need a TSH, a FREE T3 and FREE T4, blood test. Yes, it confirmed it. There are no side effects from Armour but there are side effects from not having enough thyroid hormone.....IQ loss. It's a toss as to whether they will always have to take the Armour.
