Guest guest
Hi from WI here. I am asking fro some information before my next rheumy visit the beginning of February. I have RA and OA in knees, ankles and spine. I also have a problem taking non-steroid anti-inflammatory. MY kidneys cannot tolerate them, and I lose kidney function. I was taking mobic and it was working pretty well and than bang my kidneys crashed. So the kidney doc said no more nsaids. Right now the rheumy put my on predisone, but I'm interested in knowing what other options I have drug wise before I go to see her the first week of February. I want to have options to discuss with her, I also with to be able to look into drug assistance programs, as that is how I get most of my meds. Thanks for nay help --------------------------------- DSL Something to write home about. Just $16.99/mo. or less

Guest guest
I'm in Minnesota, so I was curious if you were close to Superior. My rheumy is in Duluth, and I was curious if it might be the same one. Guest guest
Oh, you get the cold damp lake breezes too. I see Dr. Dana Trotter, here in Racine she is supposed to be very good, and she has RA herself. Noreen Saukko <nsaukko@...> wrote: I'm in Minnesota, so I was curious if you were close to Superior. Guest guest
I live North of Duluth, so we only get the cold lake breezes whe we have an east wind. Course that's usually when it snows the most. Guest guest
We have had an unusually warm January so far, to day I went outside to move my car without a coat, it is in the upper 40's weather report says it will stay like this all week, was like that last week as well, rain is so much better than snow. But we won't talk about the 10 feet of snow we had in December. Noreen Saukko <nsaukko@...> wrote: I live North of Duluth, so we only get the cold lake breezes whe we have an east wind.
