Hi Trish...I, too, am single. I do have grown kids and I keep in close contact

with them. But it is not the same when you live alone. I do try to get out at

least for a little while every day. I also belong to several support groups

that meet every week, or every month. I am on a limited income, so I need to

find things to do that are not spendy. I walk, as I can, go to parks, instead

of going out for a full dinner I will go and order soup, or salad...still can

enjoy the company without breaking the bank. It is so very hard, especially at

times, but worth the effort just to be with people. Please feel free to email

This is so overwhelming and Im someone who has been so active all to come to a

screaming halt
