Guest guest
Yesterday was really a rough day for me. I got up and went to church and was feeling pretty good so I decided to do some shopping after service. I went to the mall and of course I was still wearing my cute church shoes so my feet were killing me REAL quickly so I went into Payless and bought myself a pair of flats. I was only in the mall a couple of hours but by the time I left my shoulders and wrists were aching. On the drive home my knees were burning which for me, indicates bad pain is on the way. So I get home and do my paper for school and a bit of cleaning. By the time I get the paper done I'm really feeling bad. My husband takes me out to dinner because of late my appetite has suffered. By the time we order food I'm near tears and praying to God that I don't start crying in the restaurant because we haven't been out in a while and I really want to stay. The relafen isn't working so I decide to take another. I ordered a lager and when it came, I couldn't even lift the mug to drink it. My husband has always massaged me so he tries to rub my hands (to get the blood circulating) - he is extremely fortunate that I couldn't grasp the knife! Then my lobster tail arrives and I'm so stiff that I can't get the darned thing loose from the actual tail - hubby has to pull it apart for me. I then noticed that although my knuckles don't swell like my mom's did, the bones in my hands really hurt and the spaces between the knuckles are swollen. All of these things are firsts for me and today I feel a little bit in the dumps. I couldn't sleep last night. Pain and nausea. Today my hands, shoulders and knees aren't as bad and the swelling is a little less, still a bit nauseated. I feel so cruddy that I almost cancelled my physical therapy and I LOVE my water therapy sessions. Sorry this is such a choppy e-mail, typing hurts too.
