Hi Holly:

That sounds like a bad reaction to the methotrexate,

IMO. How awful to not be able to breathe, and be

feeling so sick. I don't think that lung problems

related to Mtx develop that quickly, it sounds more

like the medication is just not agreeing with you.

There are other DMARDs that you can switch to that

might be more easy on your body. It also may be that

you are getting sick from something else, but to have

the same reaction with two doses of Mtx, and getting

worse with each dose, is definately more allergic

sounding to me. I hope that your doctor's office gets

back to you soon, and that your symptoms subside.
