Guest guest
I also get intense itching right before a flare. For a longtime I asked my doc did the itching have anything to do with my RA. All docs in the past have said no. I have a new rheummy and he says absolutely yes..since when you stimulate the immune system it releases histimine which makes you itch. Changes in weather..barometer changes, bad weather, rain, dampy and nasty weather I feel bad. I want to just hide in the house and sleep. I need either a blanket or my heater just to stay warm. Exercise is good...but in moderation. I was sent to see a physical therapist to teach me how to exercise and protect my joints. Toni > > I'm just full of questions!
