Hi Donna, is this Gilad's Express Workout the same at the 2008 Express Workout series that had 15 workouts approximately 10 minutes each? Do you like it? Hi -

DUH, I forgot to attach this in my last post about this subject. Here is a rotation using nothing but Gilad's Express Workout. I would be kind of bored by the repetition. But, the first week in April, I am going to be very limited on time in the morning, so I may do a week of the Intermediate rotation. If I understand correctly, the workouts should come to 30 mn which is just about the amount of time I will have!Oh - and this is what I might do starting tomorrow - I can't decide if I want to keep working w/ Slim in 6 or not.....

Sun - Treadmill Run & Yoga

Monday - Gilad Strength & Stretch

Tues - AM Core Workout

PM Run Outdoors

Wed -Yoga

Thurs - Gilad Strength & Stretch

Friday - Walk & Yoga

Yes! And, I'm not sure if I will start w/ Gilad this week or wait a week. I feel bad quitting my Slim in 6 rotation, but I also feel that maybe Gilad would work better w/ my attempts to run and run outdoors...

On eithe rotation, tomorrow is a TM run day...so I have until Monday to decide! :)Donna

hey i just remembered that i have the new improved slim in 6 set.

ive never looked at it to see what the differences are. i

should do that some time.
