Guest guest
I sometimes wish this was my problem! :-) Right foot seems to be going closer to just fine while the left foot is being a problem child today! I swear it got jealous of all the attention the right foot was getting and started acting out to get its own share of attention. Or perhaps I spend too much time with kids?! :-) 6 ways to avoid over-exercising http://www.everydayhealth.com/blog/american-council-on-exercise/6-ways-to-avoid-over-exercising/?xid=nl_EverydayHealthDietandNutrition_20120325

You're kidding because today only walk my left foot was acting up while the "getting better" right foot didn't complain at all.I have no kids to blame it on...maybe it's from hanging around my 20 year old Blue Point Siamese cat, Mia....LOLI go to my Podiatrist tomorrow....I'm asking for my Celebrex JenSubject: Re: 6 ways to avoid over-exercisingTo: exercisevideos Date: Sunday, March 25, 2012, 10:40 PM I sometimes wish this was my problem! :-) Right foot seems to be going closer to just fine while the left foot is being a problem child today! Guest guest
I felt good yesterday but last night slept terribly. Both feet kept waking me up. I think it is because I was doing a TON of decluttering in DD's closet and my own WW material in my basement and for most of the time (probably a couple of hours) I was on the floor sitting with my feet and knees tucked under me (think child's pose just not bending forward). I have always sat that way, it is by far, the most comfortable way for me to sit but I think it put too much pressure on the top of my toes even though I had my shoes and orthotics in and it didn't hurt at all at the time I was doing it (if it had I would have found other ways to sit). I'm back to being really frustrated (which is, of course, compounded by lack of sleep). I see my podiatrist Thursday, hopefully, if I'm careful, things will improve to the point of total healing. The problem is, I don't want to have to live being careful all the time and I need to talk with him about that. Being careful is fine when I'm healing but when will I be healed and when can I get back to my real life (which includes innocently sitting like I always do) is my big question. 6 ways to avoid over-exercising http://www.everydayhealth.com/blog/american-council-on-exercise/6-ways-to-avoid-over-exercising/?xid=nl_EverydayHealthDietandNutrition_20120325
