Guest guest Posted March 25, 2012 Report Share Posted March 25, 2012 Jen's exercise for Sunday 03/25/12 Gilad Rotation - Day 2I'm trying to catch up to my Gilad Rotation partner from Exercise Videos (Carolyn) so I did the following today:I did Gilad's Ultimate Body Sculpt Series Power & Grace - Cardio = 55 minutesThis workout was good but I was afraid that it would bother my knees because there are a lot of lunges in it. I didn't go all the way down into the lunge and only kind I was afraid of were the cross lunges, so I didn't cross my leg over as far.The end of the workout when you are suppose to raise up on one leg, I couldn't do so I modified by staying on one knee...it was still too hard for me...I weigh too much to lift my body weight using only one arm..I need a MODIFICATION for my modification! HELP!!!FitBit Stats:Calories 208 Steps 1,100 Distance 0.42 of a mileThen I did Gilad's Quick Fit System - Abs = 15 minutesI really HATE doing abs because mine are so weak. Guest guest Posted March 26, 2012 Report Share Posted March 26, 2012 > I did Gilad's Ultimate Body Sculpt Series Power & Grace - Cardio > = 55 minutes it has been a long time since ive done this one... i have it scheduled for next week... so i cant recall the move that you are modifying (the raise up on one leg thing). it sounds hard whatever it is! you did good to try to modify. if still too hard, then just skip it. it is good to have things to work up to doing. i do remember all of the lunges in this workout... ouch! good workout jen! :*carolyn.
