Good for you getting it done, despite the lack of fun factor, that is great!!

Tonite's 5 mile run

It's light out after work now and I wasn't able to run this weekend due to social commitments, so I decided to run tonite before Noel incapacitates my legs tomorrow.I do better running in the morning on an empty tummy and with "new" energy. Tonite I was sluggish, though I finished okay. It just lacked the fun factor it normally has, it was more of a chore to get it done, but I'm glad I did!

It makes a big difference with when you work out. When your use to doing it at a certain time your body doesn't respond as well when you switch the time up. Plus, if you're use to working out on an empty stomach that makes a huge difference, I'm sure. I'm the opposite, I HAVE to eat or I feel like I'm going to fall down right in the middle of the workout. What sucks about that is that I have to get up an hour earlier to let my stomach settle before working out.
