Guest guest Posted April 9, 2012 Report Share Posted April 9, 2012 after i did bootcamp boogie this morning, i did three 15 min workouts from jackie warner's power circuit training dvd. i did circuits for upper, lower and abs. these are nice short workouts, they even include a little warmup and cooldown. the workouts contain basic strength training exercises, grouped per body part, and jackie moves through the reps at a quick pace. these would be good fast workouts to do when short on time. this evening i went out for a walk with chinook. it was windy and i was worried that the battery in my mp3 player was going to die, so we walked very fast im feeling quite a bit better today and have more energy... i had a good sleep last night and the ribs are starting to calm down now... yay!! im still being careful though of course, and today i spent an hour in the hot tub for therapy on the sore spots, which really helps alot. :*carolyn.
