I think this is a grand idea, !  I should follow suit and do the same! We do abs at the end of Group Kick but I feel I should do them more.  I don't like doing them out on the gym floor so much, I'd rather do them at home to a video for some reason.  

I'm sure I have gobs of virgin ab sections to conquer! Look forward to hearing what you do!

 

I wanted to get some ab work in this evening along with my yoga.    I've come up with an idea.  Kind of silly, but I'm going to do every ab routine I have on every DVD I own (including the ones I don't like on my yoga DVD's) and see how many I actually have. Probably a boat load.  I'm writing each one I do down and how long it is so I can use it for future reference.

 

I pulled out McGee Power Yoga and did Chapter one.  This is pretty much all sun salutations.  It was plenty enough for me. I was warm and ready for abs after this.

 

I found a workout that I didn't even remember I had " Shape Your Abs with York.  I can't even remember what the cardio is like, which I'm going to do at some point again.

 

Anyway, there are 4 ab segments that are about 5 minutes each.  I did them all.  I got a really good burn with that.

 

So total I got another 40 minutes of workout in today.

I've done that with some of mine and want to do it with all of them at some point. There are a TON on Yoga Complete for Every Body and I'd like to go through all of them. I put them all individually onto my spreadsheet so that I can mark them off as I do them. I do that with all the premixes and 2nd (or 3rd of whatever) workouts on a disc (or VHS tape) too.

workouts! ive done that! LOL

i always feel like i need to do more abs. as is evident by the

number of abs/core routines i have listed in my inventory

I want to maybe get in more then what I have been lately just to see if I see any results. I usually get in 2 a week, sometimes just once, but I'm going to go with 3 to 4 and see what happens, if anything.
