I'm not sure how it is that I felt that I "heard" that but I really think I did. I hope I did anyway

Being in tune with your body is a very good thing. Listening to it is a great thing! Good for you for going with something else that you felt you could do better.

It's nice to have those lighter workouts around. Though you may not use them often, their there when you need them.

Thanks, ! I wish I had listened better during the cardio workout yesterday. I kept thinking, I'm pushing this too far... and I did. My toes kept waking me up last night and this morning, they bugged me some during the day too. Oh well. I'm still glad I tried, now I know (and I know better to listen more often too).

Thanks, ! Last night was not so good either, better but not great. Today, so far though, seems better so hopefully tonight will be good. Just that little bit of pivoting and side stepping I think it was did it. Live and learn.

I hope you had a better night and that lots of healing happened. Yep, live and learn. There's no other way.

Last night was better. Not great but better so that's good. Today was lots of sitting around after 3 Easter egg hunts (one at our house, one at church where I was one of the egg spreaders but not a ton of walking involved and then one at a friend's house). Hopefully resting will help tonight be better still. Thanks!
