Guest guest Posted April 9, 2012 Report Share Posted April 9, 2012 I wanted to get some ab work in this evening along with my yoga. I've come up with an idea. Kind of silly, but I'm going to do every ab routine I have on every DVD I own (including the ones I don't like on my yoga DVD's) and see how many I actually have. Probably a boat load. I'm writing each one I do down and how long it is so I can use it for future reference. I pulled out McGee Power Yoga and did Chapter one. This is pretty much all sun salutations. It was plenty enough for me. I was warm and ready for abs after this. I found a workout that I didn't even remember I had "Shape Your Abs with York. I can't even remember what the cardio is like, which I'm going to do at some point again. Anyway, there are 4 ab segments that are about 5 minutes each. I did them all. I got a really good burn with that. So total I got another 40 minutes of workout in today. `* ¸*´¸.•´ ¸.•*¨)¸.•*¨)(¸.•´(¸.• (¸.•´¸¸.•¨¯`•.¸¸.
