Guest guest
So sorry for your loss.. our fur kids mean so much and are with us such a short time and while the decision is tough (my old dog is riddled with cancer so starting to worry) it is the right one.. Way to burn your emotions.. judy To: exercisevideos ; fitandthatsit Sent: Monday, April 2, 2012 8:29 AM Subject: Monday Workout + OT Today started the new April rotation doing short cardio with one body part a day. Getting up and working out was really hard for me this morning. Not sure if any of you know, but we had to put our beagle Abby down over the weekend. She had been sick for several months. and I had to make the tough decision to get her out of pain. We had just put our other beagle Becky down 2 years ago. It feels like yesterday, so the pain is indescribable. We buried Abby right next to Becky out back of our home. I'll get her a stone just like Becky's. They were best friends so this exactly how it needed to be. This has put me in a place emotionally where I feel like I'm shutting down on the world right now. I know some will understand how I'm feeling right now and some may not, but I've lost my little girl and the pain is overwhelming. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The workout today was CTX Step & Intervals (cardio only) Pyramid Upper Body chest and Pure Strength chest. Pyramid Upper Body: Chest flys 12/15/20/15/12 Chest presses 12/15/20/15/12 Pure Strength Chest: Pushups - 2 sets of 12- toes Bench press- 35 Incline bench press 35 Incline chest flys 15 I burned 389 calories, avg 139, max 179, steps 3,811 ~~

Abby had a large mass on her neck when we took her in so we're pretty sure she had cancer. We lost our other beagle to cancer also. `* ¸*´¸.•´ ¸.•*¨)¸.•*¨)(¸.•´(¸.• (¸.•´¸¸.•¨¯`•.¸¸. Guest guest
Oh , I'm so sorry no one loves you like your dog loves you, they are such an intrinsic part of our lives. That is sweet you were able to bury them in your yard right next to each other. Hugs, ((HUGS)) , losing a beloved pet is never easy. Guest guest
, I'm sorry for your loss. It really hurts to need to do that. You've taken away her pain at a cost to yourself -- a selfless act of kindness. Indyrose > > Today started the new April rotation doing short cardio with one body part > a day. Guest guest
Oh , I'm so so sorry. I know from your previous posts that Abby was so special to all of you. You know you did the right thing but I know it is still so incredibly hard. Thanks for telling us and letting us offer our support. The ways you plan to honor and remember her sound very beautiful too. I like your April rotation idea, that sounds really good, I may have to copy that sometime. Your workout was excellent too, I hope it gave you a small measure of pain relief though, of course, the grief is still so tough. Many hugs, Monday Workout + OT Today started the new April rotation doing short cardio with one body part a day. Getting up and working out was really hard for me this morning. Guest guest
I am sorry for your loss. My dog passed last fall and even though we expected it for a few years it was still very difficult because he chose the time when we were not home. He was not alone but I wasn't here and it made it really hard to accept. What if I ... etc. I ended up on antidepressant. I was too sad to function properly. It should make you feel better that you were there to the end and your dog trusted you to know when it was time to let go. They can never be replaced but the memories will remain and time will heal your soul. This made me so sad to remember my Buddy. :0( I will go hide in a hole for a while now. Guest guest
Oh - it is so sad that a pet's time with us is so short. I have a few fur friends waiting for me on the other side. I dread to think of the day Shenan and Sam will join them. Guest guest
, I'm so sorry about Abby. But I know you loved her A LOT because you did the right thing! I had to put my Siamese Gizmo (my little boy) to sleep this January 5th. It still hurts and it probably always will. I like the quote about how our pets leave "footprints on your heart." I also like to dream of the day when I meet them at the Rainbow Bridge.Take care and email me privately if you need to talk, JenFrom: fitgrl222@... Guest guest
Thank you so much, Jen. It hurts like a knife stabbing me, but I know it will get easier as time goes. I ordered her stone and my DH wants to make a little pet garden. I'm thinking this might be theraputic for me.... I don't know, maybe it will make me more sad........~~ Sent from my Thunderbolt 4GLTE ----- Reply message -----To: <exercisevideos >Subject: Monday Workout + OTDate: Wed, Apr 4, 2012 2:05 pm , I'm so sorry about Abby.
