these are my plans:

1. gilad - 3 weeks - start Mon March 19 - end Sunday April 8

2. jackie warner circuit training - 1 week - start Monday

April 9 - end Sunday April 15 (was doing this one for jen but

i dont think she wants to do it anymore??)

- also petra bootcamp boogie this week with donna and also

finish off gilad

3. x-factor - 8 weeks - start Monday April 16 - end Monday June 11

x-factor rotation is:

day 1 - xfactor week # (#=1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - 40 mins

day 2 - cardio choice

day 3 - xfactor glutes & thighs (17 min) + xfactor abs (12 min) +

xfactor yoga (25 min)

day 4 - cardio choice

day 5 - xfactor week # (same workout as day 1)

day 6 - cardio choice

day 7 - rest

perform days 1-7 for 8 weeks, then do xfactor 'total body final

challenge' (24 mins but must add on own warmup and cooldown) on

day 57.

4. might need a recovery period here.... i think a yoga

(EOIN!) and/or a classical stretch rotation with walking and biking.

5. beachbody (plus les mills) pump

6. recovery ?

7. jillian michaels body revolution

others: kickbox rotation, rebound plus abs/core rotation,

cardio+sculpt rotation

right on judy... ya gotta luv billy. sorry to hear that the

bands were a PITA at first, but you will get the hang of them

quick.

was doing this one for Jen but i don't think she wants to do it anymore??I want to do it but I wanted to finish my Gilad rotation first. I want to do "most" of this workouts before moving on to Jackie. I found that I have more Gilad workouts than I thought because of recording them from Fit Tv. I may re-think my plan and do Jackie with you...we'll see.About X-factor - I'm still waiting for my shoe to get the shoe flare attached. I have no idea how long I will have to wait. Last time I think it was over a month...hopefully NOT this time!Now though I'm sick...that's why I'm still awake at 3:30am. I have a lot of drainage down the back of my throat and when I lay down it pools and chokes me (TMI, sorry!) I think it's the beginnings of a sinus infection and

maybe an inflammation f my throat. I'm going to go to Urgent Care later today to have a Dr. look at it.I only slept one hour last night (about?) so I'm pretty tired. I worked today (one assignment in the morning and one at 5:30pm.) I did go to volleyball tonight at the evening assignment and I played pretty good even though I felt like road kill.I hope I can get some sleep now, Jen
