perrson. He has not used his becuz we were not sure how to find out if there

might be an exemption for a handicapped person to use a 2 wheeled scooter as a

mobility aide.

Maybe call your loval congressman's office or police office and see what

they can do for you. Why have they outlawed scooters? geez. Sorry. hope i
