Guest guest
I was going to do yoga today but decided not to take the risk and did The FIRM Sculpted Buns, Hips and Thighs with Long. Everything is done on the floor and it is very challenging. I used 3 lb. ankle weights and 15 lb. dumbbells where weights were needed. I've done this before and really like it a lot but I forgot how much abs work there is in it! You alternate between lower body and abs and the abs work really focuses hard on lower abs, which are my weakest area. I was cussing at and did have to pause quite a bit on the abs but I did them. I noticed I was (am still) very tired during the workout. I was fine for work at 6:30 and fine for my foot doc appointment but dragging so much during the workout. I know I can do the exercises with the 15s but I had a hard time hauling them onto my legs today! I was thinking it was because I hadn't eaten much. I had soup for dinner last night and that was about all I ate then had a hardboiled egg and a banana for breakfast in the car. I just had a WW chocolate smoothie mix with a cup of milk, frozen strawberries and another banana and I'm still yawning so now I'm not sure, maybe the food hasn't hit me yet. Anyway, that's 3 workouts this week and I feel really good about that. Tomorrow I'd like to do 's shoulders workout but I might let it go because the kids will be off school and my routines will be non-existent (and I met my goal of at least 3 workouts so I don't feel as much like I "have" to get something in). Plus I might have a house full of kids with the way they're talking about getting toether with friends. We'll see tomorrow.
Guest guest
For years, this was my go-to workout if I was having an ankle or knee problem. It's pretty darned good! I think I still have this one. Poor . She gets cussed at a lot. I was going to do yoga today but decided not to take the risk and did The FIRM Sculpted Buns, Hips and Thighs with Long.
