For my wokout today I did another of Charlene Prickett's TV episodes from Season 18 - it was episode # 4 - strength. I generally liked it - very staightforward exercises - Charlene does throw some good core work and posture work in as well to keep it interesting. I need to remember to have my ankle weights available - she seems to use them a lot! :) It looks like tomorrow will be step aerobics.

Later today on my break I'm going to do 2 miles of from the new DVD and then the full body stretch.

I'll check back in w/ that later.

I hope my DD enjoys camp today. I get a long stretch alone as camp is from 8 to 5 - and I don't have to pick her up at the bus stop until 5:30.
