Guest guest Posted April 3, 2012 Report Share Posted April 3, 2012 I tried my new Iron Yoga with Cool for the first time tonight. I previewed it when I got it and there are 2 workouts on this DVD. The first one they use dumb bells and looks like half yoga and half strength. The second workout is more yoga based with no weights, so that's the one I did. I was really liking it up to the first half. Then she goes down to the floor and does some leg work. I didn't mind that, but then she does some abs and it was endless. She went from plank to lying down on her back over and over and over. I was getting so tired of it that I almost quit, but it being my first time I wanted to do it "as is". So I kept going just knowing there would be a nice stretch/cool down at the end. Nope, there was NONE! She put her legs in lotus and closed her eyes and that was it. I said to myself "all that work and no stretch?" Very disappointing. I hope the first workout is worth it. `* ¸*´¸.•´ ¸.•*¨)¸.•*¨)(¸.•´(¸.• (¸.•´¸¸.•¨¯`•.¸¸.
