Jen's Weigh-In for Sunday 04/08/12Sunday 01/01/12 STARTING WEIGHT: 209.8 LAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 204.6THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 201.4 LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: LOSS OF 3.2 lbsAIR-DYNE STATIONARY BIKE: 0 minutesBOWLING THIS WEEK: 0 minutesEXERCISE DVD/VIDEO THIS WEEK: 0 minutesGARDENING THIS WEEK: 0 minutesSWIMMING THIS WEEK: 0 minutes VOLLEYBALL THIS WEEK: 240 minutes WALKING THIS WEEK: 0 minutesWALLYBALL: 0 minutesWATER EXERCISE THIS WEEK: 0 minutesTOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE THIS WEEK: 240 minutes This year I will be basing my weight loss goals on my weigh-in from January 1, 2012 which was 209.8 pounds See chart below:WEIGHT LOSS GOAL GOAL WEIGHT POUNDS LOST 5% 199.31 11.00 10% 188.82 22.00 15% 178.33 33.00 20% 167.84 44.00 25% 157.35 55.00 30% 146.86 66.00 35% 136.37 77.00 40% 125.88 88.00 42.8% 120.01 89.7944 45% 115.39 94.41I lost 3.2 lbs this week. Normally I would be very happy about that but I think most of this weight loss is from being sick with sinuses. I started getting sick last Saturday when it was cold and rained all day. I have ZERO appetite, probably because I can't smell anything and I can barely taste my food. All this week I've been eating soup for lunch and dinner and drinking a slim fast shake for breakfast. Saturday I went to the Deaf club for an Easter dinner and I ate some ham, cheesy potatoes, green beans, corn, salad and a piece of chocolate cake. And today I had my family's traditional Easter supper of ham, mashed potatoes and baked beans. Hopefully I won't gain tomorrow....I hope I feel better soon! This isn't a healthy way to lose weight. I hope Carolyn isn't mad at me for dropping out of our rotations. There is no way I can continue exercising when I'm miserable with a sinus infection. I hope I feel better by Monday. It's my birthday and I was looking forward to playing volleyball that evening. I feel better in that I can sleep through the night but I can't seem to shake this sinus infection...I hope it doesn't rain this weekend...that will likely make me feel worse.
