Good morning!

Today I decided to do the loaner I got and do the whole workout from (Get ready step go) . I wanted to see if I was going to want to buy it.

Doing the entire thing really changed my opinion of this workout. There is SOOOO much jumping, I didn't think it was ever going to end. At one point my low back started talking to me. goes so fast and all the jumping just made it no fun to me. I love and I loved the chore, but it was too fast and too jumpy for me.

I burned 459 calories, avg 153, max 178, steps 6,011
