hypothyroidism temperature test

im looking for anyone with pssd that has a thermometer and wants to

test there thyroid.

there's a link below that can be printed off for a temperature test

over 10 days, take your underarm temperature 3 times per day, (one

first thing in the morning, one midday and one just before bed) tick

the box next to the nearest temperature you get.

over the ten days your temperature should be continuously around the 3

temperature readings marked in red on the left hand side of the print

out.

if they are below it indicates hypothyroid (low thyroid) and if they

are above it indicates hyperthyroid (high thyroid).

it would be best if as many of us do this as possible. ty.

p.s. thermometers are not that expensive and i think this is a worth

while experiment for us all to do.
