Guest guest
My glutes were already sore from XF1 and then I went to 's Group Kick class, where at the end of most sections was a " cardio peak " that had lotsa squats or low wide horse stances with karate and X punches. There was also a slow kick section to work balance and glute strength. At the end instead of abs we had legs a la Blanks lying on your side and doing endless side kicks at an angle to the ceiling along with roundhouses. At the end I couldn't even sit crosslegged without pain! (I can normally sit in a half lotus) What also " rocked " about this mix and match of sections she chose is that one of them was by one of my alltime favorite bands, KISS! We did a combo to " Rock and Roll All Night " which was 3 fast hooks, 2 back knees, 2 front knees, hitch knee. Fun!
