Guest guest Posted April 16, 2012 Report Share Posted April 16, 2012 Hi, This evening I went with 10 Minute Yoga Solution and did the first routine (basic). After that I put in 4DS and did the abs from the Kick Box workout. That workout is down for tomorrow, but I won't have time to do the abs so I figured I'd just get them in tonight.
