im sorry judy but i dont recommend this rebounder. too stiff,

not enough bounce. uses springs instead of bungees. the action

on it is fast and shallow. therefore you will not find it to be

super easy on your knees. it does suit all of the videos that

they have for it though. i have to adjust my jumpsport bungees

in order to do the UR videos (to make it firmer).

Oh - yes, Carolyn is right, I didn't realize the real UR rebounder had springs.  Mine has springs and it does the job but it's a cheapy and I don't use it enough to warrant getting the really nice kind like Cola Pop has. 

I do really love having it around though, saves my joints for the IMax workouts, other high impact workouts, and plain ole rebounding!Tramping it,

yes it is a fun fitness toy... i leave mine out all of the time

(in my workout room) and i use it alot. another thing i forgot

to mention is that i wouldnt use the UR while barefoot, but the

jumpsport is nice with bare feet.
