Guest guest
> http://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Urban-Rebounder-Folding-Trampoline-p/rebounder.h\ tm im sorry judy but i dont recommend this rebounder. too stiff, not enough bounce. uses springs instead of bungees. the action on it is fast and shallow. therefore you will not find it to be super easy on your knees. it does suit all of the videos that they have for it though. i have to adjust my jumpsport bungees in order to do the UR videos (to make it firmer). :*carolyn. Guest guest
Oh - yes, Carolyn is right, I didn't realize the real UR rebounder had springs. Mine has springs and it does the job but it's a cheapy and I don't use it enough to warrant getting the really nice kind like Cola Pop has. I do really love having it around though, saves my joints for the IMax workouts, other high impact workouts, and plain ole rebounding!Tramping it, > http://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Urban-Rebounder-Folding-Trampoline-p/rebounder.htm im sorry judy but i dont recommend this rebounder. too stiff, not enough bounce. uses springs instead of bungees. the action on it is fast and shallow. therefore you will not find it to be super easy on your knees. it does suit all of the videos that they have for it though. i have to adjust my jumpsport bungees in order to do the UR videos (to make it firmer). :*carolyn.
