Guest guest
I got my 1st SSDI denial in the mail today. UGH. I knew it was probably coming, but I hoped it would go through the first time and save me a lot of aggravation. The part that really frosts me is this: My claim for approval was based on Spinal problems: Scoliosis, bone spurs, degenerative disc disease, Fibromyalgia, Tendonitis problems, achilles tendon and plantar fasciitis problems, weak bladder, neck pain, back pain (Lower, middle and upper), extreme fatigue, brain fog................severe allergies, multiple chemical sensitivities, light and sound and smell sensitivities, etc. etc. And they had the nerve to put that my denial was based on me applying due to ACHES AND STIFFNESS!!!! And that I can work with ACHES and STIFFNESS!!! What are they drinking over there? Don't they even read the reports from the doctors and medical professionals? Don't they even read the tons of paperwork they made me fill out...over and over again? This is criminal.....and very cruel. Not just to me but to everyone who truly is not able to work due to their disabilities. They have NOT seen the last of me!! To the lawyers office I go on Monday..................How insulting and disgraceful our system is. Phew!!! There, I got it all out....now I can take a breath. /NY

Guest guest
By all means, get an atty involved preferably from the very start. However, it will still depend. I was denied 5 times including the time the lawyer spoke for me in front of a judge. Yet, I can't go anywhere without people wanting to know what is wrong with me or what happened to my legs or feet. They don't know why I am limping or in pain. The disease is very obvious. I have just decided to find any career I can even with the disease. peace, Ebony > > was denied my first time too, but as soon as i got a atty involved. i was > approved, good luck > > Kathy in IL > > > >
