I think you are right about that. But the forum must be started by

someone who knows the language just like the 3 Wikipedia articles

besides Vornans original article were written by someone who knew the

language. If someone here is bilingual or speaks another language i

think he should give it a shot. I think he would have to find a

website that supports other languages. I don't know if Yahoo supports

other languages than English.

There is forum software like www.phpbb.com that supports many

languages. So the user can choose his own language.
