Turbo Fire Core 20

I did this tonight, as I was short on time. Turbo Fire gets me good every time!

I really love that series, even if I struggle to handle it!

Tuesday evening, my son, who let himself go and has gained about 15 lbs this

last semester, decided to get back into shape. He did the Turbo Jam " Learn and

Burn " then the 20 min Cardio Party from the same DVD. He was sore the next day,

but I wasn't. :-) I know it will not take long at all for him to get back into

shape and whip my butt, but I'm reveling in this small time that Mom's healthier

than a young man 33 years younger! Besides, he has a summer job at the IUPUI

Natatorium as a life guard, so he'll want to get back into shape.

Now if I can get his fiance to join us, that would really be great!

Oh, that is so wonderful that you inspired your son. Fitness has a ripple

effect, and how wonderful that your habits are helping someone you love dearly.

This made me super happy.
