Leg Day with Noel got to meet his new kitten!

Oh man, Leg Day was extra hard today!  Just when I think I can't do anymore, here comes another 45 pound plate and the " Ka-Klank! " sound that makes.  It was a real blood bath. I'm always really happy when it's time for hamstrings and shoulders! 

He told me how he was in the liquor store and there was this twenty-something with the prison pants on and you could see his butt cheeks.  Noel said, " Dude, you need to pull up your pants " and his reply was " Well you have an American Eagle shirt on! " (?!) anyway the discussion at the hamstring machine was about the pants half down style.

I learned too that he had a baby kitten!  After the workout we went to his house, just a few houses away from the gym, and I got to meet the lil Fuzzer, a black kitten wtih white paws, whiskers and bib. Super cute!! 

This was my last session for awhile.   But I will be back, I always go back at some point!
