Monday Yoga and Abs

This evening I pulled out Bethany Yoga. This DVD isn't chaptered AT ALL. That's why I don't pull it out very often because more times than not I don't want to do the whole thing. I decided to make up my own shorter routine with it. I did the first 15 minutes, which is mostly sun salutations. After that, she goes more into standing poses. I wasn't sure I would feel like it was enough, but it was. I didn't care about the stretching since I was doing something else after this anyway.

After that, I put in Tracey's sculpt fest and did her abs premix and stretch. Man, no one can ever say that her ab workouts aren't hard. It was only 9 minutes, but I was fried. Amy Bento could learn a thing or two from Tracey when it comes to ab work lol.

I'm beat. I haven't sat down once today until right now.
